Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bee, an AI calendar and tasks assistant operated by Beetime LLC ("Beetime," "we," "us," or "our"). By messaging Bee or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bee. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

Bee is a conversational assistant that helps you manage your calendar and to-dos through messaging apps, including WhatsApp and iMessage. With your permission, Bee can connect to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks to read your schedule and to create, update, or delete events and tasks at your request. You choose which permissions to grant, and Bee works with whichever you allow.

Bee also messages you on its own initiative: reminders before events and for due tasks, daily summaries, notifications when you are invited to an event, when an event you were invited to is cancelled or rescheduled, and when someone replies to an event you organized. At your instruction Bee can respond to invitations on your behalf, which sends your reply to the organizer through Google. The service is provided for personal productivity purposes only.

3. Messaging and Consent

By initiating a conversation with Bee, you consent to receive messages from us via WhatsApp, iMessage, or SMS, including reminders, summaries, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your use. On WhatsApp and SMS you can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. iMessage has no equivalent keyword, so to stop there, tell Bee, block the number, or delete your account. Bee is not intended for emergencies; do not rely on it for urgent, medical, or safety-critical matters.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Bee's free plan includes 10 inbound messages per day, including the messages used to set your account up. The allowance resets at midnight in your own timezone. Pro is $9 per month and includes 100 inbound messages per day; the figure of roughly 3,000 messages a month is that daily allowance multiplied out, not a separate monthly entitlement. On Pro we also apply a higher daily ceiling as a safeguard against runaway or automated use; it is set well above normal use and is not a product limit.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than by us. Ask Bee for a billing link to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.

You can cancel at any time through the billing link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then — we do not cut you off mid-period. When the period ends, your account returns to the free tier; if you have already used your free messages, you will need to subscribe again to keep messaging Bee. Because you keep the period you paid for, we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we keep your plan active while Stripe retries the charge, so a declined card does not cut you off immediately. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends and the paragraph above applies.

We may change prices or plan limits. If we raise the price of an existing subscription, we will give you notice before it takes effect so you can cancel first. Raising a limit takes effect immediately.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give Bee and for reviewing any events, tasks, or changes Bee makes on your behalf. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining access to the messaging account and Google account you connect.

6. AI-Generated Content

Bee uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages and take actions. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or misinterpret your intent. You should verify important scheduling details. Bee does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Third-Party Services

Bee relies on third-party services, including messaging providers, Google APIs, and Stripe for payments. Your use of connected services (such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks) is also governed by those providers' terms. You can revoke Bee's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bee service, including its software, branding, and content, is the property of Beetime LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission. Your calendar and task data remains yours.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beetime LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed events, or missed reminders, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beetime LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Bee at any time. To stop messages, see Section 3. To disconnect Google, revoke access in your Google account settings. To cancel a subscription, see Section 4.

To delete your account entirely, ask Bee to delete it. Bee will ask you to confirm with an exact phrase, and nothing is deleted unless you send that phrase. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: it removes your account, your message history, your Google connection, and your cached calendar and task data, and it cancels any active subscription at the same time. It does not delete anything from your Google Calendar or Google Tasks — events and tasks Bee created stay in your Google account. We retain one anonymized record of the account, described in our Privacy Policy.

If we cannot confirm that your subscription has been cancelled, we will not delete the account, so that you are never left paying for an account that no longer exists. We will tell you if that happens.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the service, violate these Terms, or use it in a way that threatens the reliability or security of the service for others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
