Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beetime LLC ("Beetime," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Bee, our AI calendar and tasks assistant. By using Bee, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following:
- Contact information — the phone number you message Bee from, and your name if you provide it.
- Messages — the content of the messages you send to Bee and Bee's replies, so Bee can understand and act on your requests.
- Calendar and task data — if you connect Google, we access your Google Calendar events and Google Tasks to read your schedule and to create, update, or delete events and tasks at your request.
- Usage data — logs and technical information generated as you use the service, used for reliability and support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the service: interpreting your requests, managing your calendar and tasks, sending reminders and daily summaries, providing support, and maintaining security. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your calendar or task data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help operate Bee, each bound by their own terms and confidentiality obligations:
- Anthropic — processes your messages to power Bee's AI responses.
- Twilio — delivers WhatsApp and SMS messages.
- SendBlue — delivers iMessage messages.
- Google — Calendar and Tasks APIs, when you connect your account.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services used to run the service securely.
4. Google User Data — Limited Use
Bee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We access your Google Calendar and Google Tasks only to provide Bee's calendar and task features that you request.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data except with your permission, where necessary for security or to comply with the law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.
You can revoke Bee's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your data or stop using Bee, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Connection credentials (such as Google authorization tokens) are encrypted at rest using managed key encryption, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Stop messages — reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Bee.
- Access or delete — request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
- Revoke Google access — disconnect Bee from your Google account through your Google settings at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
Bee is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Users
Bee is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.
